On October 28, 2017, AFA Auditing and Valuation Company Limited jubilantly inaugurated its new headquarters at 142 Xo Viet Nghe Tinh, Hoa Cuong Nam Ward, Hai Chau District, Da Nang City. This is an important milestone in the formation and development of AFA.

AFA Auditing and Valuation Company Limited, formerly known as AFA Auditing Company Limited, officially came into operation on November 26, 2014, initially located at 199 Le Dinh Ly, Hoa Thuan Tay Ward, Hai Chau District, Da Nang City. The first days of establishment were filled with numerous difficulties and obstacles, along with a lack of facilities and human resources. After nearly three years of operation, AFA has gradually improved its human resources in both quantity and quality, from only having more than ten employees at the beginning, to date, AFA has had more than eighty employees, with 100% of them having university degrees, majors, appropriate abilities and constantly learning. In addition, AFA has focused on expanding and improving the types and quality of services provided by the company, from auditing financial statements, auditing completed capital construction investment, to asset valuation, tax consulting, accounting, finance… and other specialized services. Since then, AFA has built a portfolio of over 500 customers from many different economic sectors and fields.

The achievements have become the motivation for the management board as well as the AFA staff to firmly believe in the development direction, unanimously build and develop the company sustainably and prosperously. However, the company’s scale is constantly expanding, making the initial facilities no longer meet the operational needs, moving to a more modern and spacious office becomes an urgent need. In early 2017, AFA started to build the company’s headquarters on an area of ​​over 155m2 at 142 Xo Viet Nghe Tinh, Hoa Cuong Nam Ward, Hai Chau District, Da Nang City. On October 28, 2017, AFA’s new headquarters officially came into operation.

The eight-storey headquarters building has an area of ​​nearly 1,250 square meters, with full meeting rooms, offices, storage rooms, elevators, parking lots, etc., along with modern equipment, providing a professional working environment for AFA staff. The construction and conversion of the new headquarters brings a modern look to AFA, all aimed at creating a comfortable and efficient working environment for employees, to increasingly improve the quality of service to customers. This event is a memorable milestone for the company, demonstrating the efforts of the Board of Directors as well as the consensus and efforts of the entire AFA team, from here, opening a new page on the company’s development path, to “Always accompany businesses” as AFA’s motto.
