Decree supplementing cases of exclusion of guarantor enterprises and lending to other enterprises
according to the provisions of Point d, Clause 2, Article 5 of Decree 132. Accordingly, the lender, the guarantor and A credit institution shall not be considered as an associate if it does not participate in the “Article operation, control, capital contribution, investment” at the borrowing enterprise or the guaranteed enterprise satin.
